When Omoyemi Akerele found herself stuck with no idea what she wanted to do with the rest of her life, she decided to stop everything and revisit what she was most passionate about.

From practicing as a lawyer to starting creative fashion brand Style House Files, Omoyemi Akerele is woman who knows all too well about the challenges of being a successful entrepreneur.

However, when she found herself stuck with no idea what she wanted to do with the rest of her life, instead of doing what most people looking for an answer would do, she decided to stop everything and revisit what she was most passionate about.

The result gave birth to one of the leading fashion events on the continent, Lagos Fashion and Design Week, which is creating a platform for African designers to showcase their talent to an international audience.
