Apple Watch

Apple intended for its smartwatch to be just as fashionable as it is practical and the company has announced new additions to the existing Apple Watch model line at an event held yesterday in San Francisco.

There’s going to be a Hermes Apple Watch with a long, hand-stitched leather band. There will also be a more standard leather cuff on this model, with an Hermes watch face.

There will also be a rose gold and anodized aluminum model in the same two sizes as the exiting models, with same pricing as the current Watch Sport lineup.

Finally, there will also be a stainless steel Product Red version, with a portion of the proceeds from the sale of this particular variant going to the global fund to fight AIDS. This is not the first time Apple will make such special editions of its devices geared towards similar causes.

Also, WatchOS 2 will arrive next week on September 16, but all the new models announced at the event are going to ship today in 24 countries.
