Gov. reportedly marries 36-Yr old as second wife

The ex-speaker of the house of representatives, secretly married his second wife on Thursday, February 4, 2015 at a very private ceremony in Kano.

 

There are reports that Sokoto state governor, Aminu Waziri Tambuwal has taken a 36-years old graduate of Bayero University as his second wife.

According to a report by The Cable, the ex-speaker of the house of representatives, secretly married his second wife on Thursday, February 4, 2015 at a very private ceremony in Kano.

The report further gave the name of the new wife Maryam Mairo Mustapha.

It was further reported that the newly weds have jetted out of the country to Saudi Arabia for lesser hajj.

Tambuwal, who recently marked his 50th birthday, was alleged to have recently met the former student of Federal Government Girls College, Kazaure, Jigawa state after which they decided to formalise their affiar.

In other news, Tambuwal’s spokesman, Imam Imam, neither denied nor confirmed the story, insisting that “it is a private matter”.

Further investigation revealed that Mustapha was a volunteer for Buhari Support Organisations during the 2015 electioneering.
