VP leads FEC in prayers for sick ministers, Buhari

Osinbajo asked the Minister of Information, Alhaji Lai Mohammad and the Secretary to the Government of the Federation (SGF) Babachir David Lawal to say prayers for the sick.

 

Vanguard reports that Osinbajo asked the Minister of Information, Alhaji Lai Mohammad and the Secretary to the Government of the Federation (SGF) Babachir David Lawal to say prayers for the sick.

The sick ministers were identified as Minister of Women Affairs, Mrs Aisha Alhassan, who “is recuperating in US after a surgery”, Minister of Education, Adamu Adamu, who “is down with back pain” and Minister of State for Environment, Ibrahim Jibril.

The President left Nigeria on Monday, June 6, 2016, to get medical attention for a persistent ear infection.

The Commonwealth Medical Association criticised the President over his trip to London to treat an ear infection.
