Osinbajo is in Lagos to represent President Muhammadu Buhari, who was meant to visit the state today, May 23, 2016.

The Vice President will expectedly commission the projects that Buhari was meant to commission including the Lagos State Emergency Management Agency (LASEMA) Rescue Unit in Cappa Oshodi and the newly constructed Ago Palace Way in Okota, Isolo.
