Non compliance, read the order, will trigger the enforcement of section 18 of the Trade Disputes Act.

This order arrives at a time the labour dispute between Mobil and PENGASSAN was referred to the IAP by minister of labour and employment Chris Ngige.

The panel adjourned the case to May 26, 2017 for definite hearing.
