Governor heads to court over fake N90bn assets report [PHOTOS]

The governor filed the lawsuit personally on Monday, July 27, 2015, and was accompanied by his deputy, Bala Bantex and his lawyers.

Kaduna State Governor, Nasir El-Rufai has filed a case in a state High Court to challenge a news report which accused him of declaring assets worth N90billion.

The Union Newspapers had reported that El-Rufai made the declaration of assets at the Code of Conduct Bureau.

The governor filed the lawsuit personally on Monday, July 27, 2015, and was accompanied by his deputy, Bala Bantex and his lawyers.
