Presidency orders payment of FG workers’ salaries

The Ministries, Departments and Agencies (MDAs) are expected to gather the information within seven days.

The Presidency has ordered all Federal Government agencies to compile the names of all employees who are being owed salaries.

The Ministries, Departments and Agencies (MDAs) are expected to gather the information within seven days.

This was contained in a Circular sent out on September 14, 2015, from the Office of the Head of the Civil Service of the Federation, Danladi Kifasi.

The Circular reads in part:

“The correct information should reach the Office of the Head of Civil Service of the Federation on or before Monday, September 21 2015.”

States across the country are also expected to begin paying their workers soon due to the disbursement of a bailout approved by President Muhammadu Buhari in July.
