President Buhari has revealed that Boko Haram is being funded by the International terror group, ISIS also known as Islamic state or ISIL.

Buhari also said that it is clear that the sect’s material resources are strong.

‘‘We need a whole cultural orientation in order to succeed against terrorism.”
