President Goodluck Jonathan today, November 12, unveiled a new N100 note to commemorate Nigeria’s 100 years of amalgamation.
The new note was revealed at the Presidential Villa in Abuja during the weekly Federal Executive Council meeting.
Central Bank Governor, Godwin Emefiele reportedly stated that the notes were produced with the most advanced security features in the world.
The new notes are expected to be in circulation from December 2014.
