Shilling steady against the dollar
At 0845 GMT, commercial banks posted the shilling at 102.20/40 per dollar, barely changed from Monday's close of 102.25/35.
"There is not much going on, activity is still thin," said a trader with a Nairobi-based commercial bank.
The shilling has been stable this year after weakening 11 percent last year.
