Ever wondered how far a real estate agent will go in order to sell a property?

Well, this woman proves there are no limitations.

Jessica, who co-owns Villa Real Estate with her husband, Ryan, said: "I take real estate seriously, but we had this home listed for three weeks and had only two showings.

My seller said, 'I heard a guy in Canada did this and I guess it worked."

Luckily for her, her creative and unusual technique appears to be working.

Jessica's pictures has reportedly gotten several showings and calls from interested buyers from New York to California.

This is not the first time a real estate agent has had to do something unusual to sell a house.

In March, 2016, an article was written on an Australian real estate agent, Tracey Ashley, who had been using a five-year-old Shih Tzu Cavalier cross called Tiffany to sell off her properties.

She reported a lot of success from this tactic.
