Agency, more sued for N10bn over ghastly Ojuelegba crash

The Federal Road Safety Commission (FRSC) is in legal battles with the family members of the victims of Ojuelegba crash.

Vanguard reports that five family members of the victims have filed a N10 billion suit against the FRSC.

Umar Abdulwahab, Usman Sulaiman, Ismala Maikankan, lbrahim Ibrahim and Sulaiman Umaru, family members of the victims, are also suing the driver and owner of the ill fated trucks, Wasiu Adeleke and Kilani Ojo Adeyanju.

This suit is about the ghastly Ojuelegba accident, where a trailer, heavily loaded with cement, fell and landed on two cars.

An entire family, who were occupants of one of the crushed vehicles - a SUV, with plate number LSD 532 CN, died.

There was only one survivor called Akeem, who spoke exclusively with Pulse his after near-death experience.
