'Harry Potter' star's childhood home goes on sale for £1.45million

See the childhood home of 'Harry Potter' star, Daniel Radcliffe.

According to DailyMail, the property is being sold for £1.45million.

Speaking on the famous former owner, James Turner, the real estate agent, said: "This is Daniel s childhood home it has only just come on the market so there has not been too much interest yet.

We have had a handful of viewings though and we are hoping that interest will increase dramatically when the word gets out.

We don't advertise the house based on who used to live here but we do tell people when we take them round and they tend to raise a smile.

Features include a renovated kitchen, an open-plan kitchen and dining room, a small patio, double-reception room, four bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a garden outside.

Radcliffe and his family lived in this house, until a year after the first Harry Potter film was released.
