Dubai developers continue to build despite decline in real estate sector
Despite the fact that Dubai was ranked the worst among 56 global markets, developers are not discouraged.
According to arkansasonline, Dubai developers are very busy rolling out plans.
These plans include floating houses with underwater chambers, an even bigger indoor ski slope to top the city's existing one, a complex of theme parks that includes the region's first Legoland in the Dubai desert, a canal that will increase the amount of salable waterfront property, and the planet's biggest Ferris wheel.
