Jenna Jameson Just Shared Everything She Eats In A Day On The Keto Diet

Jenna Jameson is back with more updates for all you keto lovers out there. Jenna, who lost 80 pounds on the diet after starting it in April , has been sharing her daily diet on Instagram and just posted her latest meal plan.

So what does a typical day look like? The 44-year-old is up at 8 a.m. and drinks coffee ASAP (same). "I immediately make myself my favorite instant coffee from Nescaf with Stevia," she wrote.

Jenna's first meal is usually around 11 a.m., sometimes noon. (She pairs intermittent fasting with her keto diet, typically fasting from 6 p.m. to 11 a.m.) "My new fun breakfast is fried sliced avocado with an egg dropped in the hole with cheese on top," Jenna said. "I eat three of these to break my fast."

Then, around 4 p.m., she's back in the kitchen. "I prepare boiled chicken thighs, I strip them, shred the meat and mix in my favorite Trader Joes garlic spread, green onions, celery and it makes a yummy kind of chicken salad." That's served up over a big bed of arugula. "Its a game changer," she said.

Jenna said she's currently in maintenance mode (she doesn't want to lose weight but wants to maintain her current weight), so one more small meal rounds out her day: "Right now I would have a small bowl of zucchini noodles with salted butter and garlic salt," she said. After that, her fasting period starts all over again.

Oh, and FYI if your mouth is watering reading this: "I will have a how to on my new breakfast jam in my highlights very soon!" Hopefully in time for tomorrow's breakfast.
