How do I get my ex-girlfriend back?

My ex broke up with me without notice because I wasn't paying her enough attention.

Dear  Bukky,

My ex broke up with me without notice she claimed I wasn't giving her attention. I tried my best to give her the attention she deserves but she felt it wasn't good enough, I called her so we could talk about it like adults she declined saying she doesn't have feelings for me.

That moment was really heartbreaking because this was someone was professing love couple of months ago and all of a sudden she felt nothing and I just could not understand. After a month, I called to see if we could work things out but she declined, please what should I do?______________

I’m afraid you’ll have to move on from this point.

Move on, or at least, lay low and out of contact with her. Here’s why: the breakup was too sudden, and somehow still fresh in your memory and still too difficult to let go of. Which is why you should not be in contact with her right now.

An addict trying to wean his or herself of an addiction does not stay in proximity with whatever substance his weakness is.

I’m not ruling out the possibility of a reunion with her, but for now, for your sanity’s sake, leave her be. Maybe the time apart will make her see reason why she should not have rashly let you go. If that happens, fine. If it does not, well, you would have had a headstart already in your bid to move on.

I guess it hurts to be without her, but for now, it is for the greater good._______________
