Swimmer has secretly married since June 2016

The Olympian and Nicole Johnson got their marriage license on June 9, 2016, and married on the 13th, the report says.

Micheal Phelps is a god at swimming, and we now know he has that same status at keeping things lowkey.

The Olympic athlete and Nicole Johnson married on June 13 in Paradise Valley, Arizona.

To further ensure that the news stays just as secret as intended, the most decorated Olympian and his bride asked longtime friend and agent, Peter Carlisle, to officiate the unannounced ceremony.

Still, as at the time of this story, the couple haven’t made any statement but TMZ says there had been a hint by Nicole, the bride, on 13 June 2016, the supposed day of the wedding.

Her picture tweet from that day has a caption which reads; "Such a memorable night with my lil fambam.”

In the photo was herself with Phelps and their son, Boomer, now 5 months. Even in that photo, the trio were all dressed low-key in sportswear- who would have suspected anything?

In August, when Phelps ended his record-breaking career with a 23rd gold medal during the Rio Olympics.
