Geri and Christian Horner are getting married

Star will be walked down the aisle by Emma Bunton and Mel B's kids

Geri Halliwell has managed to get the Spice Girls back together for one day only (kind of). The 42-year-old singer - who is set to wed Red Bull Formula One boss Christian Horner - couldn't ensure all four of her former bandmates attend her wedding due to their hectic schedules, but has enlisted the help of Emma Bunton and Mel B's children for the ceremony.

A source revealed to The Sun newspaper: "Geri wanted her wedding to be a family affair with her own immediate relatives and her Spice Girls family."

Along with her own daughter Bluebell, nine, the star will be accompanied by Emma Bunton's sons Beau, seven, and Tate, four, as well as Mel B's youngest daughter, three-year-old Madison.

The source added: "The Spice Girls were an important part of her life and she's over the moon that Mel and Emma's children can play a part."

Unfortunately, Victoria Beckham and Mel C are out of the country meaning neither are able to attend the ceremony, which is being held at the Woburn Estate in Bedfordshire, east England.

And earlier this week it was revealed that the groom’s parent would not be attending the wedding either, after they were left devastated when the hunk left his partner of 14 years, Beverly Allen, to be with the chart-topping star.

A source close to the couple previously said: "Geri and Christian are disappointed that his parents aren't coming, but all his brothers, close family and pals will be there."
