Healthy Ways To Lose Weight Naturally

1. Eat Breakfast. Studies show that people who eat breakfast are less likely to overeat during the day. A high-fiber, low-fat bowl of oatmeal with apples and raisins fills you up for a while, so you won't nibble before lunch

2. Add Spice.. Studies reveal ginger, cinnamon, and cayenne boost your metabolic rate hence the body is trim.

3. Drink Your 8 glasses of water of course! Water curbs appetite, promotes digestion, and supports good hydration...

4. Drink Green Tea. Green tea contains caffeine and antioxidant catechins to promote thermogenesis, the process by which the body converts fat into energy

5. Snack on nuts and seeds in moderation

6. Take Calcium. Dieters who consume dairy products and calcium experience greater weight loss
