Blast your abs and tris with this 5-minute circuit

You'll build muscle and supercharge your metabolism.

Directions: Perform the exercises in the order listed for one minute each.

1. Do as many close-grip pushups as you can in 60 seconds. With your hands this close together (your thumbs and index fingers should form a triangle), you'll smoke your triceps and also put less stress on your shoulders, which is important for avoiding overuse injuries.

2. Hold the hollow-body diamond plank for 60 seconds. Get into a close-grip pushup plank position, and round your back so your core is hollowed out. Your abs and even your triceps will feel the burn.

That's one round. Do 3 to 5 rounds to reap this workout's maximum benefits.
