In a panel moderated by Taiwo Oniru-Akintokun that had veteran actress, Iretiola Doyle; entrepreneur Adebola Williams; retail specialist and CEO, Nakenhos, Wunmi Williams and Head Chef of Salt Lagos, Modupe Fagbohungbe, the topic of discourse was how the panellists managed to do it afraid in the course of their careers and lives.

Most notably, Debola Williams advised the participants to appreciate the sacrifice in giving, more so where there is no reward, adding, “I learned that, (in pursuit of your goals)... you have to give of yourself, you have to get experience to be elevated”.

His understanding of this, he shared, was the secret of the overwhelming success of the Future Awards in its infancy; those who he had served saw it fit to render some service in return.

There was still time for renowned life coach, Fela Durotoye to deliver a typically passionate talk on the theme of the event.

Taking the audience through the process that ends in making courageous decisions, he advised them to remember their first steps and to look back at the things they did afraid and draw courage from them.
