In this episode of Pulse TV Live Highlights, fitness trainer, Dr Olu Fafure, sits with Misi Molu to discuss a nice healthy balanced life.

They talked about the perfect ratio of exercise and eating healthy in a woman's life which is 30 percent exercise and 70 percent eating right proving that the saying; 'abs are made in kitchen' is right.'

Dr Fafure discussed the misconceptions women have concerning weight lighting and the effects it has on their bodies.

He advised that women take it up as it really works wonders on their bodies and does not make them look manly at all.
