Our skin needs essential fatty acids. If you are not crazy about fish, load up on flax seed and canola oils. All these will give you an amazing result! Omega 3 and Omega 6 contain fatty acids that ensure a beautiful, well moisturized skin.
Mangoes help repair skin cells so that your skin doesn’t look flaky and it is also ideal when trying to lose weight.
