Singer reveals he has offers from international labels

The sometimes controversial act reveals that he is working on an album and mixtape.

In a recent interview, elusive music act Burna Boy has revealed that he currently has three record deal offers from international record labels.

Speaking to Sound City, the Dancehall singer spoke about his current label situation, revealing that international labels are willing to sign him. "I am not the same Burna Boy from 2012. I am pretty much international. I am never really in the country anymore. I'm pretty much touring or in SA doing my business because I've got three offers right now from major labels like Sony etc. We are keeping it international" he said.

He also mentioned that he has been touring abroad within the past few months, and he is beginning to have an international fan base.

This year Burna Boy left Aristokrat Records who released his debut album L.I.F.E in 2013. Burna also known as Don Gorgon said his exit from the imprint was because his contract had expired, and that he decided to move on. "Nothing unnatural happened. I signed with them for two years, the contract expired, and the time it expired I was much bigger...it's business" he stated.
