On set of Professor Johnbull

This week’s edition, titled 'Sorting Things', exposes the vice of ‘money for scores’ in the nation’s Ivory Towers. It will be aired on NTA International, NTA Network and Startimes at 8:30pm with a repeat broadcast on Friday, same time.

The central character, Professor Johnbull in the sitcom, played by Kanayo O. Kanayo, raises the alarm over the spate of bribery and corruption that occurs on a regular basis between lecturers and students in higher institutions.

The erudite professor frowns at the idea and links its impact to the quality of graduates produced from higher institutions.

This episode will feature Flash Boy, 'the philanderer’, acted by Stephen Odimgba who offers financial inducement to his lecturer, Professor Gozie played by Chiwetalu Agu in the forth coming exams.

Find out what 'sorting' means in the Nigerian context. Will Flashboy and Caro succeed in their quest? Will the erudite Professor gawk at Caro’s antics?

The thirty-minute sitcom features award-winning Nollywood acts such as Kanayo O. Kanayo, Mercy Johnson-Okojie, Yomi Fash-Lanso, Queen Nwokoye, Junior Pope, Funky Mallam, Bidemi Kosoko and Chiwetalu Agu, among others.
