On Olumide Oworu's 21st birthday he was announced as a nominee in the Best Supporting Actor category of the 2016 undefined for his role in “A Soldier’s Story.

In an exclusive chat with Pulse Nigeria, the actor spoke on his nomination. According to the actor, it's been a month, but he's still excited.

Now I feel like people are paying attention to the hard work that this young, focused individual is putting in, and I feel like everything is just paying off.

2016 is looking good. I like how I can look back on my life and see progression.

Oworu is also popular for his roles in TV series like "The Johnsons" and MTV's "Shuga."
