Azeez who confessed to the police that it was one Osan that contracted him to get the human parts for him for the sum of N50,000, has led the police to arrest nine more suspects in connection with the crime.

The new Police Public Relations Officer (PPRO), in the state, DSP Patricia Amadin, confirmed the arrests and said the force will do everything to get to the root of the matter.

Amadin added that the suspects were arrested following a confessional statement by the teenage suspect, declaring that detectives were on the trail of other fleeing suspects.

Amadin added that Azeez was arrested with blood stains all over his body and allegedly confessed to the crime.

Azeez on his part, told a police source:

“Please, beg Nigerians and the parents of the boy to forgive me. At first, I did not want to give in to what Osan told me but thoughts of it kept coming. When I woke up on Monday morning, I saw Ibrahim at the back of the house. I told him to accompany me to a primary school not too far from the house.

The name of the school is Anglican Primary School, Ijanikin. He eventually followed me after much persuasion. I looked around and made sure no one was watching then I stabbed him with a knife from behind. He fell down and I strangled him with a rope.

I used the knife to cut his stomach open, removing his intestine and kidney and I also cut off his manhood. I am sorry.”
