Few days after a member of the NYSC was burnt to death beyond recognition in Akwa Ibom State, another Corps member posted to that state has lost his life.
Few days after a female member of the National Youth Service Coprs scheme lost her life in a ghastly motor accident along the Aka-Etinan Road in Akwa Ibom State, another young member of the scheme who was posted to the state, has died in what can best be described as mysterious circumstances.
The young man identified as Iwambe Yosev, who hailed from Benue State, was posted for his primary assignment in Ikot Ekpene Local Government Area of the state, but died after travelling to his hometown.
His best friend while in the orientation camp, who identified herself simply as Amaka, has been inconsolable and took to social media to paint her pains for her lost friend thus:
"I'm feeling so sad and I type in tears. I lost a member of my platoon today. I could remember how we gisted in camp and how I will always address him as my camp husband.
The last time we spoke, he was travelling home to Benue and I told him, 'Yosev bring Benue yam and onion for me oh'. I never knew that would be the last time we will speak.
I'm feeling so bad. I never called again to check on him, only for me to hear he was very ill and died today."

"Amaka, how could you be so busy to check on your friend? Prior to his death, Yosev was posted to Ikot Ekpene LGA. RIP Yosev. #IwambeYosev #acorperhasfallen #nysc2016A #Platoon6members love You."
