Train crashes into tractor in England [Pictures]

A train carrying 135 people has been involved in a collision with a tractor and trailer in rural Norfolk, England, this afternoon

The driver of the tractor suffered serious injuries in the collision and the train was damaged but remained on the tracks following the crash. He has been airlifted to hospital by the Norfolk air ambulance.

Six passengers aboard the train are thought to have suffered injuries as a result of the incidentwhich happened just few hours ago in Roudham, Norfolk, England. The driver of the train is also believed to have been hurt.

A number of fire engines were seen hurrying to the scene along with dozens of police officers. The roads around the site of the crash in Hall Road have all been closed.

Emergency services have also found their way to the scene as investigation begins, experts trying to establish what caused the crash.

Trains schedules between Cambridge and Norwich have now been cancelled as a result of the accident.
