Microsoft has announced that it will be bringing its Windows Phone Word Flow Keyboard to iOS back in January and a new sign up page was made available to beta testers so they'll be able to access the keyboard soon.

Microsoft says the iOS version will also receive its much-loved word predictive feature and also its swipe feature which a lot of Windows Phone users love.

Users will also be able to customize keyboard backgrounds with their image and there is also a one-handed mode. Users will be able to swipe and tap out words by simply moving the keyboard to the side in an arc.

Last week, Microsoft released a hub keyboard which was first made available on Android before it arrived on iOS. The hub keyboard lets users access files on your one-drive account with any third party source, as well as contacts directly from the keyboard.

The Word Flow Keyboard app for iOS is currently in beta form for testers on Microsoft's Garage site.
