Kaduna State Governor, Nasir El-Rufai has said that the demolitions of illegal structures in the state will continue despite ongoing ‘fetish activities’ against him.

El-Rufai said:

“You can see me standing before you. I am not dead. The reason why they want me dead was because of the 24 billion naira I discovered in several accounts in the state.

“They can go ahead with their fetish activities, I don’t care.”

The labour unions organized several marches across Nigeria to show support for President Muhammadu Buhari’s anti-corruption war.
