Mobile Court persecutes 39 motorists in Benin
During the Easter holidays, 39 traffic offenders were arrested by the Federal Road Safety Commission (FRSC).
According to the unit commander, Mr Adewale Ameen, their offences ranged from non-possession of passenger manifests and seat belt violations.
They were all arraigned before a Mobile Court, presided over by Mrs Franca Ogboator, in Ekiadolor, near Benin.

Mrs Ogboator found them guilty of all charges, and sentenced them to different jail terms.
The convicts were also given a fine option, each, along with a charge to obey traffic laws.
