Design firm creates angular two-story masterpiece [PHOTO]
Marmol Radziner, a design firm in Los Angeles, California, has succeeded in creating an architectural wonder, filled with glass and space.
Realtor reports that Marmol Radziner, a design firm, has produced an angular two-story modern property.
According to Ron Radziner, co-owner of the company, the 4,775-square-foot house, which was completed in June, 2016, was designed with openness in mind.
It allows for a bit more of a progression to the house, allows you to slow down, take one step at a time—like a visual bit of a pause or the first point of decompression as you leave the street. You really do have a good view anywhere in the house.
In a contemporary home, the goal is not to feel cold, but warm and natural. We tried to maximize that sense of indoor-outdoor space inside the home. The exterior light flows in and bounces off the walls. It makes the interior feel open and inviting", he said.
Basically, he said the design of the whole house is based on one concept, which is for people to be in different parts of the home, "but still be visually connected.”
Features include 11-foot sliding doors, a “light palette of materials”, an open kitchen with an L-shaped design, five bedrooms, a lounge, patio with a fireplace, and a rectangle pool.
This new property is up for sale for $6.5M.
