Readers think the real estate industry is worth investing in

When asked if Nigeria's real estate industry is investment worthy, Nigerians said yes.

Nigerians were asked if the real estate industry here is worth investing in.

This came after it was discovered that foreign investors are showing a growing interest in real estate in Nigeria and Africa as a whole.

Most Nigerians(75%) voted in the favour of Nigeria's real estate industry while the minority(25%) voted against.

“Foreign and local investors are seeing the growth potential of Africa, spurred by rising consumer spending of Africa’s developing middle class. Economic growth and investments in infrastructure are opening up previously inaccessible markets.”
