Mariah Carey and her fiance, James Packer, have moved into a N49.8m mansion.

Reports say the newly engaged couple are paying $250,000 (N49.8m) per month.

This new home is located in The Oaks in Calabasas, Los Angeles, a favorite spot for celebrities.

Features include eight bedrooms, one guest quarters, private cinema, spa, an elevator, basketball court, more.

While Mariah Carey is moving into a new home, other foreign celebrities are putting up their homes for sale.

They include Sylvester Stallone, whose California home has been listed for $4.2m (N836m), Sean “Puff Daddy” Combs, his apartment has gone on sale for N1.39billion, and Charlie Sheen, his Beverly Hills mansion is up for sale.
