Automaker reveals plan to make "more emotional and dynamic" cars

Lexus is very interested in how humans beings feel while driving it's models.

According to Auto Express, this will be done by manufacturing "more emotional and dynamic" cars.

Chief Engineer, Koji Sato, said the goal is to remove the “feeling of disconnect because of the way the engine speed rises and falls at odds with the vehicle speed.”

“The hybrid system is not just for an eco-device anymore, it can be fun to drive. And this is just the beginning for Lexus.”

Once this is done, Lexus cars will have "unique characters” and “better response.”

These modifications can be found in the new LC 500, which has been described as the most beautiful hybrid ever.

LC 500 comes with a new “Multi Stage Hybrid System,” and a 5.0-liter naturally aspirated V8, designed to deliver “enhanced driving pleasure, more performance and greater efficiency.”

Earlier this month, Jaguar Land Rover announced it's plan to make human-like self-driving cars.

According to Jaguar Land Rover R&D chief, Wolfgang Epple, the British carmaker's plan is for autonomous (self-driving) cars.

“Ultimately we want to be able to give drivers the choice of an engaged or autonomous drive. If drivers have confidence in the automation they will seamlessly flick from one mode to the other."
