Governor set to build housing units with Asieur International Limited Group

The governor of Anambra state, Willie Obiano, will build 10,000 housing units thanks to the Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) signed with Asieur International Limited Group.

On Monday, October 19th, Willie Obiano, the governor of Anambra state, signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) signed with an Irish firm, Asieur International Limited Group.

The goal of the MoU is to build 10,000 housing units for civil servants and other low-income earners in Anambra.

While speaking at the signing ceremony, the Governor promised to build these housing units estimated at about 95.2 billion Naira.

According to him, it would go a long way towards solving the housing challenges that low-income earners face.

He also stressed the need for every state to ensure that all civil servants and other low-income earners have an affordable place.

The ceremony, held at Government House in Awka, was attended by all the executive council members.
