The Minister of the Federal Capital Territory, FCT, Mallam Mohammed Bello, has revealed plans to make the Abuja rail system functional.
Daily Post reports that Bello has revealed plans to make the Abuja rail system functional before the end of next year.
While receiving the Minister of State for Petroleum Resources and Group Managing Director of Nigerian National Petroleum Corporation, NNPC, Dr. Emmanuel Ibe Kachikwu, the minister said his team has set the last quarter of 2017 as the completion date for the Abuja rail system.

Bello added that this would not only reduce traffic, but provide employment, as well.
