DailyMail reports that the Maroon 5 lead singer is asking prospective owners to pay $17.5M.

Levine reportedly hired designer, Mark Haddawy, to do some remodelling, such as the addition of a screening room, den/library, gym and a new swimming pool.

Other features of the 7,100-square-foot property include five bedrooms, seven bathrooms, two-story garage with an elevated lift and speak easy card room, glass sliding doors, landscaped backyard, an  'angled river rock fireplace', a tennis court, and spacious kitchen.

The 37-year-old musician bought this property for $4.83 million in October, 2012.
