Germany to have only electric cars in 15 yrs!
Germany has imposed a mandate for all cars to be electric by 2030.
The country is set to become the first major country to have only electric cars!
Electrek reports that Germany has placed an official deadline for a ban on gas-powered cars.
A senior government official, State Secretary of Economy and Energy, Rainer Baake, has confirmed this news, adding that all new cars registered in the country must be electric by 2030.

The official said the goal is to cut all carbon dioxide output by 80% to 95% by 2050 in Germany.
So far, Daimler, an automaker in Germany, has already plans to have new electric powertrains.
