The most fabulous society weddings of the year by couples who are not celebrities.

Our list here shows the celebrities who blew our minds in 2017 with the most radiant wedding ceremonies – from Banky W and Adesua Etomi'sto Yomi Casual's and a host of others.

But the year’s nuptial magic was of course not limited to just celebs.

There were also weddings by non-celebs that were just as charming, mind-blowing, lavish and ultimately, beautiful.

Toke Makinwa’s sister had a two-pronged wedding in that held everyone’s attention for its litness and sensational beauty.

Busayo and her Norwegian beau had a massive Lagos traditional wedding turn-up in July before their European-style wedding in the woods in August.

Folarin, Son of Billionaire, Folorunsho Alakija reset the bar for weddings in June when he and his Iranian bride, Nazanin, tied the knot in one massive, lavish ceremony in The UK.

Robin Thicke actually delivered a live performance there.

Ayomide is the daughter of Ogun State governor, Ibikunle Amosun and the Oladipo is Abike Dabiri-Erewa’s son.

The politicians’ kids got hitched in a ceremony in July which reportedly had over 5000 guests and had three different locations for the wedding, reception and afterparty.As expected, the couple’s guests included society’s creamiest – Prof. Yemi Osinbajo, Gov. Ambode, Aliko Dangote, The Ooni of Ife and Chief Olusegun Obasanjo  among several others.

Mike Adenuga’s daughter, Oyinda and the love of her life, Ade Abayomi Olufeko tied the knot in a lush Banana Island nuptials in July.

Former head of state, Ibrahim Babangida gave his daughter’s hand in marriage in May, and it was a shutdown!

Halima and Alhaji Auwal’s nuptials held in Minna and such was the convergence of grandeur at the ceremony that 30 jets reportedly landed in the town that weekend!
