Monarch launches land promo
Oba Elegushi has launched the Imperial City land promo in Lekki, giving Nigerians a chance to own a land in the area.

Through this project, Nigerians have the chance to own land that is worth about 42 million Naira in Lekki area.
The joint developers of this project are Imperial International Business City (IIBC) and Channeldrill Resources. IIBC is an ovation of the Elegushi of Egushi, Oba Saheed Elegushi.
Every week till December 29, 2016, the promo will have seven land winners as well as cash consolation prizes.
Femi Akioye, CEO Channeldrill, says that the Imperial City Promo “is a special Corporate Social Responsibility and awareness campaign, which is the first of its kind in Africa.”
He also said “We want those on minimum wage, the working class men and women, your hardworking social worker, civil servants, teachers and all other citizens who have been putting in their fair share into commonwealth to be part of this future we talk about."
“For the very affordable fee of N500, you can become a part of the future by buying a raffle ticket for our special draws, which has been approved by the Lagos State Lotteries Board. The present administration of Lagos State, Governor Akinwunmi Ambode, has proven to all that good things still happens during recession and that all you need to do is determination and Grace of God.”
Thia land project hopes to use 200 hectares of land to tackle the perennial housing deficit problem in Lagos. There are also plans to have world class hospitals under the management of global hospital brands, 24 hours electricity, ambulance services, golf course, security monitoring centre etc.
The Elegushi Imperial City is expected to be a 30 per cent residential area, 10 per cent commercial, 10 per cent leisure and entertainment, 20 per cent infrastructure and 30 per cent business district.
