The house is made of mainly concrete, but the factory-made parts can be easily broken down. Containing a living room, kitchen, bathroom and bedroom, the house is 260 square feet when assembled.

People who need extra space can easily purchase and add to the existing structure. There has to be connection points for water, electricity and sewerage before the house can be set up.

With materials sourced with sustainability in mind and solar panels on the roof, allowing it return more power than it uses to the grid, the Koda house is very eco-friendly.

At the moment, it is planned to be sold only in Estonia for 95,000 dollars per unit.
