This is what inspired Aisha Abubakar, the creative director of Aisha Abu Bakr, the namesake fashion brand, for this new collection.
EMANA is the Resort 2019 collection meaning “ Rebirth”, which makes use of a mix of subtle and vibrant tones of orange, brown and white, soft silks and flowy mesh. The intricacy of fabric designs tells the story of the constant evolution of Nigerians.
With the EMANA collection, the brand strongly stays true to its identity and represents their focus on detailed aesthetics, and this showcases the beauty as well as modernity of Nigerian women, today.
