Noble Igwe talks creative designing at arts meets style exhibition event

To create a pleasant shopping of made in Nigeria brands, 'Fashion Is Live' launches in Lagos for the first time. See moments from the event...

The 'Fashion Is Life' fashion event which had Noble Igwe as headliner saw fashion designers/creative directors exhibiting their designs paired with unique artworks all under one roof to appreciate fashion pieces set against an artsy background.

Nigerian brands including Nuraniya, Jason Porsche, The Nale Girl, Amarelis, Ayo Van Elmar, Keexs, Henry Uduku, Galasia Closet, Iaflabel, Ziva Lagos and more showcased the different pieces across their various collections.

Guests were re-introduced to the brands as the creative directors/reps shared details about the brand, the collections presented and spoke generally about the fashion industry.

Noble Igwe talked extensively on the efforts of Nigerian designers and why people should buy Nigerian as there are top quality bits available for everyone.

The initiative was launched by Lara Cole CEO of Elan Red Stores and creative director of womenswear brand Amarelis to create an avenue for an interesting shopping experience for Nigerian brand all in one place.

Guests had face paintings done, shopped array of pieces, mingled with performances from Tjan, Attitude and more.
