Lagos Fashion and Design Week held a press cocktail event at Heineken house, Victoria Island, Lagos.
Guests at the event include Mai Atafo, Destiny Amaka, Kelechi Amadi Obi, Adebayo Lawal, Zina Anumudu, Papa Omisore, among others.
Lagos Fashion & Design Week and Style House Files founder, Omoyemi Akerele Speaking at the event revealed that the 2016 edition of the annual fashion week tagged 'Connecting The Dots' will feature more retail experience amongst other factors lined up for the 6th edition at the Press Cocktail for the fashion week last night 11th October 2016.

She also stressed the need for designers to sell products in the end raising the questions of finance, production, mutually beneficial partnerships and so on that ensures that designers get access to locally produced materials and in turn provide products across to consumers.
