The HIIT Hangout Fitness event is back on Saturday 6 August, 2016 at Hard Rock Cafe.

Previous Hangouts have seen Lagosians turn up in their numbers for the unique fitness experience that included interval workouts, dance fitness, health screenings, surprise celebrity appearances, health food and drinks, music, giveaways and more, all free! The HIIT Hangout: Gym & Tonic fuses a heart-thumping nightclub vibe with The Squad's adrenaline fueled workouts the Hangouts have become known for. This free event will include Zumba, dance fitness, Interval workouts, antioxidant shots, protein shakes, giveaways and the sounds of DJ Mac.
