According to the charge sheet, Oyetola, together with his gang members who are now at large, had raped the women whose names were given as Oluwafikayo and Christiana, during a robbery attack at Moro area of the state on 27 November, 2012.
27-year-old docked for raping two women at the same time
A bandit who allegedly raped two women at the same time has been docked in and Oshogbo court.

Oyetola who was armed with a gun, raped the two women one after the other. He was charged with robbing eight victims, raping two women and indecent assault nd according to the prosecutor, the offences are contrary to the provisions of the Criminal Code, Vol. II, Law of Federation of Nigeria; and Cap 34, Vol. II, Law of Osun State.
The accused however, pleaded not guilty to the charges and the presiding judge, Justice Eunice Awolalu, adjourned the case till April 13, 2016.
Oyetola, who was arrested in 2012, had been arraigned before a magistrate court, but the magistrate remanded him in prison, declining jurisdiction over the case.
