An elderly American woman received the surprise of a lifetime when a car crash landed on the roof of her home.

The pensioner from Michigan, USA, told The Argus-Press of Owosso: ‘I was just watching TV inside. When i heard Kaboom, I thought it was bad weather, until i saw the car ’
Police say the driver had a medical problem and lost control. He was treated for low blood sugar at an Hospital in Lansing and is expected to be fine.
Kingsley's home is built next to a hill and the roof is nearly level with the ground, The Argus-Press reported.

She plans to put a tarp over the damaged roof until it can be fixed.
'It could've been a lot worse,' she said. 'I'm glad everyone is all right.'
